Chalice on one ain't no fun

One drops deck wins.

This deck has been testing decently, although I just 1-2 dropped the modo ptq after having dark depths turn two combo out all over my face. It's not so hot against burn in game 1 and chalice is an auto loss.

Online I subbed elite vangard for loam lion and dragon's claw for firewalker which are obviously alot worse.

Llanower elf negate combo is sick. It plays llanower elf turn one so it can play turn two negate. I would definitely play that deck if I could afford all of the really expensive cards in it.

I think you're going too strongly with the 1-drops as a theme rather than as a way to win. Cut your mopey spells (mogg fanatic, lava spike) to put in some better spells (tarmogoyf, tribal flames). You could probably cut some rift bolts for a couple of better late-game spells, too (dark confidant, jitte). Since you get rocked so hard by chalice I recommend tin-street hooligan, qasali pridemage, and/or vithian renegade for the SB.

Welcome abouard John. This deck is basicly just bad zoo. In a spell snare heavy environment it might be passable but now that EE and chalice are actually being played its not even worth considering. Goyf, helix, tribal flames, pridemage are all just better options, not to mention 3 drops.

This was basiclly metagaming for a meta that didn't actually exist.
