I've never liked haterator decks. Flores started the trend, and people seem to like them, despite them being terrible on a strategic level. You play a bunch of matchup specific cards without tutors and hope to draw them at the correct times. Yeah? seems like a plan doomed to failure if you want to, you know, win.

If there was a hateful direction to go with this format, I don't think WG has quite enough chops. WU seems better since it lets you fight things on the stack and draw cards, and Meddling Mage just seems better than Gaddock Teeg (what does he stop? scapeshift, cryptic command, hivemind, and teachings are all that are springing to mind for me). Of course this is extended, so there is no reason you can't have both a blue and a green splash.

Pikula actually seems pretty good against every real deck except zoo at the moment. They mostly have ways to deal with him, but MM naming heritage druid (or cloudstone curio if they already have a druid down) forces elves into beatdown mode without jittes and against living end they may not even have shriekmaws main.

UW also lets you put thopter/sword in there, which seems a lot better than otherwordly journey tricks.
